まず，東日本大震災被災者の方に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
そして亡くなられた方のご冥福と一刻も早い復旧を願います。
当サイトDITEに対し，海外の多くの方からご心配のメールをいただき心よりお礼申し上げます。
DITEは，京都市であり被災地より約600キロメートル離れていたため，難を逃れております。

Firstly, we are deeply saddened by the news of the terrible disaster befalling the people of Japan this past week. We would like to offer our deepest condolences and sincere wishes that everyone affected may recover swiftly.
Thank you for expressing your kind words of concern on our DITE website.
Fortunately, DITE's offices are located in Kyoto, Japan (approximately 600 km from the disaster area), so we did not suffer any damages from the earthquake.

[お知らせ] アイスランドでの火山噴火に伴う郵便物の送達遅延

アイスランドでの大規模な火山の噴火により，欧州を発着する航空機の欠航が続いていましたが，4月21日現在，日本から郵便物を運送する航空機については，運航再開となっています。
しかし，これまで運送途中で一時保管されていた郵便物等から順次運送されること，また，積替空港や取卸空港での混雑により，当分の間，下表の郵便物について送達遅延が続くおそれがありますので，予めご了承願います。
ご迷惑をおかけし，申し訳ございません。

[News] Postal Delays due to the Volcanic Eruption in Iceland

Due to the volcanic ash cloud formed by the massive volcanic eruption in Iceland all arrival and departure flights to/from Europe were being cancelled. As of April 21, 2010 the service of the aircrafts transporting postal items from Japan was resumed.
However, since the postal items will be delivered in the order starting from the items that were temporarily backlogged and due to the loading/unloading airports' congestion, please be informed that there are considerable delays expected for the destinations listed below.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

[通知] 受冰岛火山喷发影响而发生邮件送达延迟

因为在冰岛发生大规模的火山喷发，出发和到达欧洲的飞机持续停航，但是4月21日现在，从日本运送邮件的飞机，重新开始运行。
但是，由于从此前在运送途中暂时保管的邮件等开始顺次进行运送，再加上转装机场和装卸机场的拥挤，目前，关于下表的邮件送达迟延有可能持续，请预先予以了解。
给您带来不便，十分抱歉。

[Comunicado] Atraso na distribuição de correspondência relacionado com
a Erupção Vulcânica ocorrido na Islândia

Relacionado com a grande erupção vulcânica ocorrida na Islândia, os vôos na Europa estavam sendo cancelados, porém neste dia 21 de Abril os vôos que transportam a correspondência desde o Japão reiniciaram suas operacões.
Porém, a correspondência que até agora estava em custódia temporária começaram a ser transportados ordenadamente. Mesmo assim, devido à confusão existente nos aeroportos de trânsito e nos aeropertos de carga, segundo o seguinte quadro, é explicado o atraso que continua no momento, na distribuição de correspondências. Por favor, desculpem-nos pelo incoveniente causado.
