If you use customer service inquiry center, we only see your content on
the sentences so please write as detail as possible. Don't worry about
personal privacy. We will use it only for answering your questions and
we will keep your privacy secret. |

Reply to inquiry

We will reply your inquiry from the inquiry form by E-mail.
We are trying to reply the same day if we got the inquiry before 5:30 pm but some inquiries require two or three days to answer.
We can't reply during Sundays, Public holiday, Summer/Winter holiday, so
we will answer on the following business day.
